OUR FUNDRAISING PROGRAM
Getting involved is SIMPLE. We provide a ready-made fundraising program for your golf courses—with the emphasis on ease of operation.
We will:
- Send you two event posters (one 8.5” X 11” for your donation bin and one 18” X 24” wall poster)
- Send you an appropriate number of colored “Customer Donation Forms” for your use.
- Send you a personalized press release ready to send to local media.
- Provide you an online contact for purchase of your donation bin.
Then you’re ready to go!
- From mid-May through Memorial Day weekend, encourage your customers to add $1.00 to their round of golf and/or retail/food/beverage purchases. These proceeds will go directly to our recommended charities.
- At the end of the two to three week period, collect the credit card and cash donations, split them three ways and send a check directly to each of the three charities.
After the event, we ask for just a couple things:
- A little feedback: Please send us an email communicating, at a minimum-- How much $ you raised and sent to the individual charities.
- Spread the word: Please tell your friends/associates who own or operate golf courses about our program. Encourage them to visit our website and contact us to become involved.
